Email4WEB.com is not an email provider but a free webmail, online email application that allows you to check email from POP3 or IMAP4 email accounts. Just simply enter your email address and password and press 'check your email'. No registration required.
Free Webmail allows you to access, work, home, school emails from anywhere in the world and at any time without the need for software such as Outlook.
All activities are considered private and you can review our privacy policy.
All user data remains anonymous. Email4WEB Free Webmail does not make use of cookies. We do log some information in our database so that we can remember your preferences, calendar and addressbook entries. We remember generate a unique identifier based on, but not containing, your login details to link your preferences to you when you login. Check our privacy policy for more information.
Email4WEB Free Webmail does not remove any email from your server unless you use the in built 'delete' functionality. You will be warned before any email is deleted. All messages remain on your ISP's server unless you specific ask for them to be removed.
Login problems?
The standard 'intelligent' login uses the part of your email address infront of the @ symbol as your username. If your server requires your entire email address as a username you must use the advanced login.
Spam
Email4WEB Free Webmail has some in built protection against our software being used to send spam. Firstly we add the IP address and mail server to the X-headers so you can tell who sent the email and where from. We also restrict you to only send one email every 60 seconds.
